Working in the expanded field of contemporary print, exploring themes of dissonance and complexity

I work in the expanded field of contemporary printmaking, and explore the dissonance and complexity of modern life through a combination of traditional and modern print processes.   I use the concepts and natural language of print to conjure internal worlds and interrogate predicaments, to do as Louise Bourgeois suggests and “physicalise the problem.” My works, which include sculptures and installations, evoke a sense of our fragility and offer space for reflection.

Public participation and engagement are also central to my creative practice.
